Week 10: Population Genetics

This week's lab covers:
- Population Genetics

Readings will include:
- Chapter 22 in Klug & Cummings

Lab Report:
- "Population Genetics", 2-3 p.

Week 11: Laboratory Final Exam

This exam is not cumulative. However, you will be asked about topics from Week 3, since that was essential to carrying out the F2 Data collection lab.

Topics Covered Will Include:
- "Handling of Drosophilla in Genetic Experiments"
- "Human Chromosomes & Karyotyping"
- "Population Genetics"

Chapters Covered Will Include:
- Chapters 4, 7 & 22 in Klug & Cummings
- Carolina Drosophilla Manual
